Founder's Message
Optimum Solutions Group was founded on the belief that nonprofits deserve world-class strategies, systems, and solutions to achieve lasting impact. Its founder, K Safo, PhD, brings more than two decades of executive nonprofit leadership, having led mission-driven teams across fundraising, operations, and program delivery in communities worldwide.
Throughout his career, Dr. Safo recognized that many nonprofits face similar challenges: limited capacity, growing demands, and increasing pressure to demonstrate measurable results.
